Name: Darkflower
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Position: Medicine Cat
Clan: NightClan
Appearance:
Darkflower has midnight black fur with a few splotches of dark gray. She has calm dark blue eyes that reflect the sky at night. When she is in touch with StarClan a few silver specks reflect in the blue depths. Darkflower is a small cat with a long slender tail. She has a three light gray rings at the base and tip of her tail. She has no battle scars etched on her fur, being a medicine cat, never been in a middle of a battle.
Personality:
Darkflower is kind and understanding. She hardly ever gets angry at any cat, but if she sees a cat that's badly hurt she hated who or what was responsible hidden as a form of grief; after a while it may be turned into uncontrollable anger. She hates getting her claw in battle and thinks peace should just be kept, between all things. She has strong faith in StarClan. She a listener and a follower, hating cats for excepting her to know what to do sometimes.
History:
When Darkflower was a kit she watched the medicine cat from the Nursery. It was only when she was three and a half moons did she decide that she wanted to follow the cats foot steps. Several times she was caught sneaking off to help organize herbs when she was suppose to be resting with the other kits.
When she was made an apprentice, shortly after she turned six moons old she loved her training. She learned all the different herbs and what they where for, and about StarClan. Darkflower also went out a few times with the other apprentices so she could learn to defend herself in case she ever needed to. While studying as a medicine cat she often wondered away from cat to clear her mind and to relax. Abe collected a few herbs so that she had a reason to be out. Later when the herb stock was stuffed from her wanderings she was asked not to leave camp for herbs unless the stock was low.
Darkflower was sixteen moons old when her mentor decided to retire and pass the duty of medicine cat to her. A moon later he died of greencough and left heartbroken and wondering if she was truly ready to be medicine cat. But it was to late now, she had a destiny ahead of her.
Other: Blade, Blue, Feline
IC:
Darkflower's tail flicked her eyes focused on the herb in front of her. Her eyes narrowed, the young medicine cat carefully grabbed the herb in her teeth. Careful not to grab the deadly berries instead of the herb she wanted. She closed her eyes, her black fur bristling slightly. Pluck!
Darkflower opened her eyes to see that she pulled herself away from a bush spotted with death berries. She put the marigold down and let out a breath. Since when does marigold grow right next to yew bushes. Evil death berries. Picking up the marigold and headed back to camp.
As she looked ahead she wondered if the closeness of the two plants was a sign from StarClan. Her usually calm dark blue eyes were filled with worry. If it was, what did it mean? Or it could of been nothing at all, but if something happened and she just dismissed the sign she wouldn't forgive herself. The black she cat stopped in her tracks and shuffled her paws uneasily. Camp was in site but she ignored it. Closing her eyes she sent a silent message to StarClan, hoping the sign, if it was one, will get clearer soon. Letting out a other deep breath she trotted into the camp.
